✅ Digital Acceptance Clause
By checking the box "I agree to the cost breakdown below and the Terms of Service" and clicking the "Confirm Now" button on the reservation page, the customer acknowledges and accepts all Terms of Service, Passenger Waivers and Legal Notices contained herein. This digital action constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC.
🛬 1. General Description
These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Luquillo Airport Shuttle, a division of Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to comply with these terms.
🚐 2. Scope of Service
- Luquillo Airport Shuttle offers scheduled and pre-established ground transportation between Luquillo and the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), and return service between SJU and Luquillo.
- Services may include shared shuttle rides, private transfers and customized tour packages.
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
📅 3. Reservations and Payments
- Advance reservations are recommended and may be required to guarantee service.
- A non-refundable advance booking fee of $5 applies per confirmed seat.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include ATH Móvil, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and cash.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but will be honored once a reservation is confirmed.
⏰ 4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund (excluding the booking fee).
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
- No-shows or missed pickups due to customer error are not refundable.
🧳 5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Each passenger is allowed standard luggage (1 suitcase or 1 carry-on). Excess or oversized luggage must be reported in advance.
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers. Disruptive behavior may result in denial of service.
- Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed aboard the shuttle vehicles. This policy ensures cleanliness, safety and comfort for all passengers.
🛡️ 6. Liability and Limitations
- Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
- In the event of vehicle breakdown, alternative transportation will be arranged as soon as possible.
📍 7. Airport Protocols
- Airport pickups include a 30-minute grace period from the scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time may incur fees.
- Flight delays must be communicated immediately; a private taxi will be offered at an additional cost.
🧾 8. Tour Services
- Customized tours offered by Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC are subject to separate terms, including itinerary flexibility, guide availability and weather conditions.
- Tour deposits may not be refundable depending on the nature of the booking.
🛑 9. Denial of Service
Luquillo Airport Shuttle reserves the right to deny service to any individual who:
- Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Poses a safety risk to others
- Violates these Terms of Service
📲 10. Communication and Updates
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
- Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC may send updates or confirmations via SMS, email or phone.
- By booking, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to your reservation, including confirmations and reminders.
- Communications are sent to both the customer and our administrative office to ensure prompt service.

Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Passenger Waiver
By confirming your reservation, you also acknowledge and accept the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
Ground transportation involves inherent risks, including traffic delays, weather conditions and unforeseen incidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with riding in Luquillo Airport Shuttle vehicles.
2. Release of Liability
You release and hold harmless Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC, its drivers, affiliates and agents from any and all claims, liability or damages arising from injuries, losses or inconveniences during transportation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
3. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings. The company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
4. Conduct and Compliance
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver and to behave respectfully toward staff and other passengers. Non-compliance may result in denial of service without refund.
5. Medical Conditions
You affirm that you are physically fit to travel and do not require special medical accommodations, unless previously disclosed and approved.
6. Photo and Media Release (Optional)
You grant permission to Luquillo Taxi™ & Tours Puerto Rico LLC to use photos or videos taken during tours or shuttle rides for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
⚠️ Additional Legal Notices
1. Age and Legal Capacity
By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. Booking Validity
Reservations are valid only for the selected date, time and route. Changes may result in fare adjustments or loss of the reservation.
3. Vehicle Substitution
Luquillo Airport Shuttle reserves the right to substitute vehicles of similar capacity and quality in case of mechanical issues or operational needs.
4. Cleaning Fee
A minimum cleaning fee of $25 may be charged for spills, accidents or damage caused by passengers.
5. Additional Stops
Unscheduled stops must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees. Hourly rental rates apply for additional unscheduled stops.
